Sport package Z4

Hope the summer was great for you. I have the sport package option and was wandering if you can flip the switch on the fly or must have the car stoped ?
Thanks

I've hit mine numerous times when I've been accelerating. Don't notice any change in throttle response until the next shift, but the car doesn't have any problem with it being pressed while on the accelerator.

The throttle mapping doesn't change until you lift your foot off the gas. It's to avoid the power surge the e46 had. The steering weight adjusts right away. I have no idea about the SMG/auto shifting.

t any time, press the accelerator and release, then press the sport button and press the accelerator again. You'll feel the difference.
