Not a CPO - it's sitting at a CarMax, which is cause for suspicion in my opinion. Has anyone ever managed to get them to budge on pricing? I've not dealt with CarMax before, but I've heard their 'No Haggle' business is really just 'we'll keep moving this car around til it sells at this price.'

They view the two transactions completely separate, so you can buy without trading in, or sell them your car without buying from them. If you have the time, it doesn't hurt to bring your trade over and see what they'll give you. The offer is good for 7 days/200miles I think. You can at least use that as your trade baseline as you talk to other dealers. |
