Error message on MyBMW

I just got the VIN number from my sales rep and I logged into MyBMW only to get an error message

"Sorry!

There was an application error.

Please try again later.

You may want to go to the Home Page, or the Site Map."

Yup. Right after I added my VIN for the first time and I clicked through the notifications then the browser crashed. Ever ytime I try to relog in, it just gives me that error message.

Same thing happened to me. Things were working fine but as soon as I added the VIN for my '12 that's currently in production I got the same error message. Now I get the same error every time I try to login. Stuck calling the 800 number to get status updates.

What is really interesting is that one dababase finds the post Sept 1 VIN/production number and the other cannot add it to the user profile...

Mine shows as being on the same step. 800 number still says "Scheduled for production with no confirmed production date" I thought the 800 number was more up to date. At least no more errors on the website.

and once you have the ships name, and you've found it on marinetraffic
you can register and click the ships name and choose add to fleet
then you can download an app called MarineTraffic on your iphone so you can track your car every waking minute of the day

Well if you ave your vin you can search in the link posted above
If not then your sales advisor will know it, assuming your car is on the boat
