Fitment Question
Hey all, Trying to get an answer on this one. A while ago I saw a thread where someone had OZ racing Ultraleggeras 18x9 offest is 40 I think, running 265 wide tires. Is this possible? What, if any spacers are required. I spent a bit of time reading the offset threads and fitment threads, and honestly I'm having trouble figuring it all out. Help would greatly be appreciated. Also, first post on Zpost!
I am looking fro a square setup for the track and this would be awesome Thanks |

i have seen this on an '08 ///m-coupe...
18.0" x 9.0" et40 with 265/35 tread lowered on H&R's. the front tires were VERY close to the strut tower. the tire had clearly made contact with the strut tower during sidewall deformation in turns... but the strut showed no signs of damage, just rub marks. had he installed coil-overs, there probably would have been no contact at all. there were no signs of rubbing on the liners. he ran a 20mm spacer in the rear with no clearance issues in back. and welcome to zpost!
