Some pics from the track
Tracked the 1m for the first time this past weekend. Besides for my charge pipe cracking the car was an absolute blast.
First session I left MDM on which was much to intrusive. Its alot better then the previous systems, but it just interferes way to much. It kept cutting power out of turns and didnt allow for any slip angle. Once I shut it off in the second session the car came alive. Its super controllable and very predictable. I love the short wheelbase and its torque out of corners. What a car!!!

Sweet pics, but yes need more details on setup and some track pics!
I was also amazed by the torque the 1M has. I was able to keep up with cars that I thought would be pulling away easily. I cannot wait for the next track day!

I've never liked those wheels until I saw them on your car...wow...some people say the wheels make the car, but I think in this case, the car makes the wheels lol It looks amazing!

What wheels are these? The first afterrmarket wheels I actually like. Looks like they mean business.

They are an ENKEI wheel I believe, with dual valve stems. We had a local autocrosser run them on a Mitsu. Evo. This is the first time I have seen them on a BMW, and they do look good. OP: spacer up front required? I have a set of wheels in 18x10 and am wanting to confirm what tire size will work. I was looking at 275/35/18 all around. |

just test fitted my wheels/tires, same spec as you, and with -1.8 camber, mine looks to stick out abit more than yours (with 3 and 5mm spacers), it was pretty close to the spring perch without spacers. I raised my car 2 full turns just to be safe, but did you get any rubbing on the perch? I just dont want my fender to rub on the tires, tempted to stiffen up the dampers.
thanks franklin |

I find 10J to wide for the 1M.
I go for 9.5 ET25 all round with 255/35/18 toyo r888 all round. Mount a rear spacer 15mm. And a very small one up front. With about 1.6 degree camber front i think it s a nice fit. |
