Not sure what brand of vinyl he used more than that its black carbon look on the roof and glossy black on the mirrors.

I was contemplating doing this as I thought it would look amazing.... but after looking at the pics I'm not so sure.

It makes the car look narrower IMO.

I dont know if the pics do it justice but the car looks lower and longer

, according to everyone who saw it live yesterday (including 4 sales guys at the BMW dealership). This was also the idea because, IMO, the 1 Coupe looks too high.

I would have preferred a glossy look as well but it isn't available... However carbon fibre without clear coating looks more raw and less M3

I think the flat black/AW contrast is a little too much up there. The mirrors look good, but I'd go CF there as well. Either way, thanks for sharing.

It is CF matte. Might be hard to see on the iPhone pics. But if you look at the bottom pic you will see it.
