Just buy all the correct oil (engine and trans(I know I know... BMW NA says its not needed - But BMW AG says to do it!) and diff oil) and do it yourself. You will sleep MUCH better at night.

If you need to tell the delaership not to test drive your car, you should find a new dealership.

I so hope that it will work, yet in my experience, it's hard to compensate stupidity and carelessness even harder, there's no no compensating self-entitlement.

Sucks to have to resort to this, but if possible don't leave the dealership.

Bring a smart phone with you and wait out the service appointment in the waiting area, thats the only way I ever get the peace of mind knowing no one is having fun with a car of mine

2011 BMW 1M  [7.33]
I had a similar conversation with the Saturn mechanics when I had my Sky RL. There were places that were lifting the vehicles at the wrong jack points, and cracking the front quarter panels in doing so.

Pretty soon most of us had to have prophylactic chats with the techs. They were pretty understanding and nobody was insulted (good dealerships understand).

Will do and keep an eye on the car at the same time cuz where I go you can see the mechanics at work from the waiting area.
