Just got an exhaust from Mike at Maranello BMW, being from Canada
My options are limited, but he hooks up all forum members with crazy prices and great customer service! $3700 for an exhaust , when everyone around is selling it for $5000 is a great deal in my books :-)

Just make sure u ask for mike in the parts dept and he will hook u up!!

+1 Same here. Got a great deal on my exhaust, and made sure the service department only charged 1.5 hours with a discounted rate. He's also got the lowest prices on Castrol oil for our cars in the GTA.
