RPM

i have 5K on my car and if it has been parked idle for hours when i first turn the car on for like 5 seconds or so the RPM is like going up and down on the 1 like is catching itself from turning off and then is perfect after. Like it feels the car wants to turn off but it really isnt and will not need anything to get going it just does that for some reason.

Car is brand new and drives perfect any other time. 2011 E93

Mine does the same, assume it is normal as the car drives perfectly otherwise...

I normally let it warm up until idle is steady. About 20 sec or so. She sounds so strong while she getting all lube up.

yup, thats how she warms up. needs all the lube to get in place

manual states don't warm up.
drive off immediately.
