Help with info on defect codes

So I'm looking at this used M3 and I had the dealer send me the car's history report and these two defect codes came up:

3241011500 Vane/tandem pump/electric pump permanent malfunction
Occurred at 2,1623 miles repair time from :2/27/09 to 5/8/09

0028010100 Program only with ISTA/P 2.40.1 or higher, B28 01 10
Occurred at 9,062 miles.

I searched and think the second one was related to the DCT but I can't find any info on the first one.

The car is CPO. Should I just stay away from this one?

Where are you getting this codes from? Your iDrive? I can send this number to my buddy at my dealership and see what he comes up with, if you want me?

I got the codes from the vehicle history report I had the dealership sent me. I don't actually own the car; it's one I'm looking at buying. But yes, I'd appreciate it if you guys could help me out.
