should i use betalink for my lip and diffuser?

Hey guys, so i have the arkym lip and diffuser on for a week now. My dealer used 3M double side tape (not sure if it's the super strength one) but the rear are start to coming off and it's bugging me. I don't know if i should try again with a stronger 3m tape or use betalink. People usually use betalink for spoiler and side skirts. Dealer told me betalink are super sticky but it can damage the paint if you remove it. Any suggestion?

If i do decide to use the 3M tape again, what size should i use? Thanks

for Akrym diffuser 3M is strong enough.

trick on making the side to stick is to put double layer of 3M on both side of the lip.

I used 3M double sided tape on the front lip and diffuser, never had any problem. Go autozone or office depot and buy one, its in red.

what size 3M you guys using? 1/2' or other measurements?

I am considering betalink because i am not planning to take the lip or diffuser off once it is on. Also there won't be any tape gap and it holds extremely well.

I recommend you use the "heavy duty" over the "exterior mounting" 3M tape.

I would never use betalink on anything...

Use 3M tape with the red backing. Betalink, can removed, but once it does so can take some paint with it. I only use double sided tape.

Bumping this thread back. I just got an Arkym diffuser installed at a trusted local shop, looked perfect after the install but once I drove it home about an hr later I noticed the driver side and corners on both ends are popping out and isnt quite flush as I like. Do you guys recommend having the shop reinstall using 3M tape again or beta-link it and call it a day?
