Injen Intake... Is there any room?

I was looking at the design of the Injen intake for my 1er. I like the design of it and how it looks. But the design of the intake puts it directly above the charge pipe and DVs. I have an HKS Super SQV BOV W/ the charge pipe and my concern is is there enough room in between the BOV and the intake? Inputs...

I have the injen intake and stock DV and it rubs the top of the DV.....

I have a ER CP and Synapse BOV and the Injen fits well and there is no contact.

Which charge pipe do you have?

RSD CP and ER CP work well without any issues for N54 and Injen DCI
