Trim and Creaking

To anyone with Aluminum trim, I have a question

When you turn the AC on in your car, especially with the interior is hot, does your trim creak a lot, even more so when going over bumps? For some reason, this has been happening to me more and more lately. I don't know if it is the material contracting from being hot or what.

Am I alone in this situation? I've taken it to the dealer and they claim they can't hear anything which is total BS. I don't know what to do, but I would like to solve it.

Thanks.

I have aluminum and don't think i've heard this. I will keep an eye out for it. It hasn't gotten very hot here yet (fukin seattle weather! ) but I will report back next time it's hot and I turn on the AC.

Mines does creak but not enough (yet) to have the dealer do anything about it. I'm afraid if they take it apart to look at it or try to resolve it, other issues would arise.

Btw, the exterior side mirrors creaks all the time when I open/close the door

Thanks guys. Im afraid of the same thing...other issues and sounds coming up if they tear it apart. But at the same time. I don't want this to continue to get worse.
