Engine noise when hot...
Drove 20min back home from work and went underground parking, back in the car, engine fan turn on, oil temp shows 115c and it is abit hot today (around 32c). All I hear inside the car is \"wuuuuuu\" (mid high tone), open up the engine, it sound louder with the hood up and the sound is coming from passenger side, near where the downpipe is. I had the midpipe changed to non-resonated and it is a N55 engine, nothing else modded related to speed.
Are those \"wuuuuu\" sound normal? Maybe the oil cooler is running? Or am I having some trouble here? Please give me some idea and what I could do, thanks! Kcc P.s. 2011 N55, should be build after May, Coz I pick up the car on Aug.

A big wuuuuuuuurrrrr sound? Yeah your engine was running a bit hot because of the heat outside and the radiator fan kicked it up a notch, it happens all the time at autox

the noise isn't coming from the fan, 100% positive. Thanks for input. Kcc
