Ryan Amico & Steve Thomas BMW - Review...

Hey guys,

I just wanted to let everyone know about our experience with Ryan Amico and the guys from Steve Thomas BMW.

Being part of a company that has manufactured wheels for BMW since 2005, as well as being a BMW enthusiast for years, between our friends, family, and customers we purchase A LOT of BMW's. In ALL of our years purchasing BMW's, we've bought them in state, out of state, ED, PCD, delivered to our houses - you name it. On the same token, we've purchased cars from a ton of dealers and salesmen.

With that in mind, it's safe to say that Ryan Amico and the crew from Steve Thomas BMW has provided us with THE best car-shopping experience that myself, and everyone else at MORR has ever experienced.

It took 5 minutes to strike a deal, we didn't have to play any stupid games, and we were never pushed into anything. No emails have gone unanswered, no phone calls have gone un-returned, and we were given constant updates as soon as they became available. And let me tell you, we must call those guys twice a day, every day.

Planning European Delivery, mixed with BMW Individual, mixed with Performance Center Delivery - we asked for the most complicated possible combination, and everything was delivered perfectly. Not many (if any) BMW salesmen are familiar with all of the "BMW Nerd" lingo, new options, BMW Individual, European Delivery, etc. But, Ryan was able to set everything up without a hiccup.

Ryan, Jimmy, Francesca, you guys are AWESOME, and from everyone at MORR - THANK YOU!

From the eyes of an enthusiast at heart, do not look any further than Ryan Amico and Steve Thomas BMW when purchasing a new BMW. The best pricing, and the best service - it doesn't get better than that!

Agreed! Ryan is an awesome guy, I bought my 135 from him before I knew about the forums! I am going to order my M3 through him when I pull the trigger too. Really guys don't look any farther this guy is sooo awesome and down to earth, no games and super easy transaction! Can't wait to order my M!

Although I did not purchase my M3 from Steve Thomas (they didn't have the exact color combo I wanted), I did get a chance to speak with Ryan and he was very helpful and concise. The next time I purchase a BMW, it will definitely be through ST BMW. I still go through ST BMW for my parts and oil as they offer the cheapest rates. Great people, great service!

Agreed. Ryan and Jimmy are stand up guys that know how to treat a customer. All BMW purchases moving forward will be from Steve Thomas BMW for me. Anyone is Southern California should definitely check them out!

Hell, I'm in WI and I will be going to Ryan @ Steve Thomas with my purchases going forward! He was great to work with and my ED went perfectly. Now, if they could magic my car over from Germany, I'd be really impressed.

I would not be surprised if Ryan is trying to speed along the process lol.

This is why I purchased from them, AMAZING customer service thats unheard of these days. I'll never go anywhere else again in my life. Ill be back when the new m3 is out. Everyone always says the best about them. Anyone looking to purchase a bmw, look no further!

Promise me I won't meet some old school "finance guy",

^^. Our Parts mgr Robert has been with us for 10 years i believe and our Service Mgr Jim has been with us since day 1. Both guys are just as good as Ryan and love their jobs. They will have you in and out in 10 minutes I would say that more then 65% of the staff has been with us for more then 10 years. and we have 7 employees who have been with the store for 15+ years. Its just one big family

I feel like I need to chime in on this thread because it is much deserved for Ryan and Jimmy over at Steve Thomas BMW.

When I purchased my ED M3 last summer through Ryan, Jimmy had referred me to him. THis is before they were on the forums too. It was funny how it all worked out, but I am eternally grateful for the way it did.

After MFEST IV, I put my 11 month old 335i for sale, and Jimmy had messaged me asking me what car I wanted to buy again. I told him an M3. He prompted me to speak to Ryan over at Steve Thomas BMW.

Ryan personally called me and spoke to me, we shot the breeze for a while and then we began talking about what I was trying to do. He was the most helpful client advisor I had ever experienced, and I had dealt with quite a few in the past 3-4 years. The M3 was my 3rd BMW in 2.5 years.

Ryan sent me overnight all the paper to my home to be confirmed. Something I haven't seen anyone else do so diligently. I drove to Steve Thomas BMW to deliver them, because I wanted to meet Ryan and I wasn't too far away anyway. The process of being in his office was truly enjoyable as it didn't feel like I was being jerked around like one would normally feel in a dealership. It was fun, refreshing, calm and most important of all, mentally comfortable!

The finance portion of the deal was pretty much a no-brainer operation as I had to practically do nothing in regards to pricing, getting my payments set up and being comfortable. I just told Ryan what I wanted to put down and my payment plan on my purchase and he always kept me in the loop on everything and took care of everything as if he was buying it for himself. I can't state enough, that the level of service is unprecedented. If in any case I could not talk to Ryan, his assistant Francesca was always in the loop about everything.

I really do feel this whole process deserves it's own review on my part with more details expressed so future customers can understand how great the process of dealing with the Steve Thomas BMW team really is. I am grateful for Jimmy and Ryan as they are both buddies of mine now, how often can that be said?

I apologize if this was really long. I just felt like I had to share a tiny bit of my experience with you guys.

Andy @ MORR, continue to pump out the great wheels guys. I had never been happier with a set of wheels than I was with my MORR VS7's on my first 335i.
