M3 vs 02 porsche 996 turbo

Does a 2008 M3 stand a chance against a 2002 Porsche 996 turbo from a roll? I know that from a stand still the turbo wins 11.7 sec quarter mile vs 12.7 but the HP on both vehicles are close I'm talking a race from possible 75mph to 160mph. also what about a modded M3 with pulley, flash, intake, exhaust and no cats vs stock 996 turbo. by the way the Porsche is all wheel drive. If anyone have links to video please post link.

Not trying to start another M3 vs Porsche debate just straight answers about above question, I know each have there perks and faults. Thanks

OP: Power is good, but the race you're asking is from 75mph to 160mph, where aerodynamics are very important. Front engined cars do suck at this department. Mid/rear engine cars have the luxury to have very low hoods, hence very low drag..
