Lease Takeover/For Sale: 2012 135i TSM 6-speed
It saddens me to have to do this, but due to some unforeseen circumstances I have to try and move my car. Reason for selling, the company I work for was recently bought out, shifting production to a new location is going to cause me to have to commute over 50 miles a day. Other reason, my father has a really bad back and recently discovered he has two ruptured disks in his back. He wil be having back surgery for the third time in as many years, so I will have to help out around his house much more. He lives almost 30 miles away from me, all this adds up to a bunch of miles. Enough about that. The car is a titanium silver metallic 2012 Bmw 135i. It has the m-sport package, premium package, heated seats, and also a manual transmission. Current miles on the car at right at 1k. I had tint installed on the windows and the bmw performance grills are also installed. Below are the lease specs: Miles per year: 12k Purchase date: 5/27/2011 End date: 5/27/2014 Monthly Payment: $588.55 Residual: $26,328.75 If you are interested I can get you better pictures, and if you are approved by bmw financial I will cover the $500 in fees. I will also give you $2500 in cash. Any questions please ask me. Also, the car is for sale, the payoff is $42,137.40. I will offer $3000 in cash to anyone who is interested in buying the car. I have gotten a couple of pm's about offering an incentive. Well I will cover the transfer fee, and if you are seriously interested I might be able to to put some money with it as well. I am not loaded, but I will do what I can!

Hmm I was looking at new 135s but this is tempting. So 33 payments left with a $2500 incentive leaves with a monthly payment of about ~$515~ Much better deal than I could get new. What is the lease tax in OK?

In oklahoma the sales tax is collected up front on a lease. So I am unsure if you would have to pay any tax on it or not.

To anyone who is interested in buying the vehicle outright, the payoff on the car is $42,137.40. I will give you $2500 in cash to go towards it or do with it whatever you want.

good luck with sale
my experience is if you want to move a car fast put it on autotrader. my ad on the forum and craigslist lingered for about 6 weeks and no concrete lead, i put i on autotrrader for a week and it sold with 3 solid offers. hope your dad gets better buddy. |

Car is still available, I have already paid the $400 lease transfer fee to BMW, all anyone would have to do is fill out a credit app with BMW and pay $100. If you pass and buy the car I will pay you the $100 back, plus an additional $2500! Pm and I can set up the credit app with BMW!
