You could buy a fully-loaded garage queen with way lower mileage from an original owner for a couple of grand more at the most, with a year or almost two of warranty left, but depends what you want. If you think a CPO trumps mileage and knowing the full history of the car, and you'd be happy with a stripper, then go for it. But if you plan to keep the car for any length of time, take your time, and buy it right. Start by defining the 'must have' features, and don't compromise on that. I honestly wouldn't buy this car without both the tech and premium packages, but that's just me. Good luck.

It does have premium, just no tech and EDC. I think I'm going to get it. The color, EDC, and CPO make it seem pretty reasonable.

Tell him that you will only pay $46 at most, or else turn around and leave the dealer

Seems like a reasonable deal. I like the 2009's better because of the newer Navigation, but those will cost around $50K.
