Need Advice on 2011 E92 M3!

Ok so I got approved online with BMW Financial for a new M3 that I build online, now I currently finance my E92 335 and my wife E46 325 with them, I'm trading in my 335I for the M3, my local BMW dealer is giving me a good trading value for my 335, the dealer doesn't have any E92 M3 available and with me changing duty station and going to Germany in November I don't know if I have enough time to order ED and have the Army take the car back to Germany.

I have found similar build online with BMWUSA in other states, does anyone knows if possible for my local dealer to negotiate getting one of those build? or can some one point me in the right directions or a good reputable dealer in Texas that can get me an M3 as close to my build as possible.
