Tunes and new SW update

How are the car tuners adjusting (if any) with the new SW update?
I found out today that mine (N54) had the update and all recalls performed a week before I took delivery.
- Are the tunes like Cobb (one I'm interested in) going to need any adjustments before we can load them in?
- Are there any tunes that had to be adjusted?

You may get an 'unrecognised rom' message from cobb. Then you just dump the rom and email it to cobb, nothing to sweat. And some tunes react differently to software updates, you'll just have to wait and see if people are having probs with the new update. I think the procede is the most sensitive to updates from what I've seen, but that may not be the case
