How much 'talk' can I expect on a well-equipped M3?

I'm building out an M3 coupe and I was wondering how much "talk" I would see from the MSRP. It appears I'm coming out around $69,500 for a coupe with premium package, competition package, cold, and convenience with the upgraded sound system.

How much can I expect them to be willing to sway from this MSRP?

Is there a place where I can discover what invoice prices are on it?

Nevermind, found edmunds... interesting.

I might have to wait until the F30 sedan comes out because I can't buy until January at the earliest...

The coupe will be available for 2012. No need to worry about "talk" with me.
