WTB DCI AND BOV - some questions/anyone selling?

Hey,

I am looking to buy a BOV and a DCI. Does anyone know how much I can expect to pay, for each? Is it not a good idea to buy either one used?

Do you need to buy a new charge pipe to get the BOV? If I plan to get an intercooler later, do i need to think carefully about which charge pipe i get now?

And finally....is anyone SELLING these? If so feel free to paste links or PM me....
