Jb4 map6
Is it Safe to custom tune the jb4 in map6 to reach 17.0psi or will I have a problem with the turbo??

17psi? Without meth or race gas? That's a very bad idea.

Probably but I'd run at least 100 octane also.

I don't think he needs 100. Timing is already maxed out with meth. 100 octane does VERY little. And to the OP only use maps that are specific to meth for the failsafe.
