2011 M3 Coupe lease quote - California May 2011

Do you guys think this is a good quote for a new 2011 M3 Coupe fully loaded with the following options:

1. Competition Package
2. Convenience Package
3. Premium Package
4. Technology Package
5. Navigation
6. Cold weather Package

MSRP: $76,775
Invoice: $73,775
$5000 down (includes Title, Registration, etc.)
36 months/10K miles
Residual: 61%
Money factor: 0.00215
Monthly payment: $967.67

I'm in California and sales tax is 9.25%.

Yea shoot Golffrr an email especially since you are in California. That quote looks high with 5k down. .00215 is high. .00175 is the norm on coupes last I heard. Also those packages don't add up. 3k under msrp is not "invoice". GL you can do much better.
