We're having our Post Semester CSUN/818 meet at Applebee's in Chatsworth, lets enjoy the evening with old friends and make new ones.

-PS: Dress warmly as it may be a bit chilly

Yea we would but the organizers wanted this way and so did some of the attendees last time. Some were concerned of the campus police but they were never really a problem IMO

They dont when we have the meets on the structure though, there usually nice and just tells everyone not to rev.

Funny, we get the Z4 and POS breaks again....

at the dealer now...


if it's not fixed today, they don't work sat or monday, so it'll be there until Tuesday.... automatic lemon since it would have been in service from Monday this week until next week tuesday, that's 8 days. been in service last week as well, 3 weeks ago, in Feb and March....

I thought lemon law was 3 tries and/or 30 consecutive days in service...so you are saying it's 30 days total, does not have to be consecutive...

They're giving us the Z4 back since the cats are on back order

I thought they changed them but they didn't...

They said since it's not a safety issue, they will give us the car back and we can drive it with the CEL on... if it runs funny to bring it in and they will see if BMW NA can find the cats for us...

30 days or more (thus 31 days), but it doesn't have to be consecutive. At least that's what I remember from what my lemon lawyer told me

3+ of the same problem or 2 safety issues.

I doubt they'll give us a loaner until July... plus the best loaner they have is a 335D, which would be tight.

But they'd prly give us a base 328 or something... you're paying for a Z4 35i loaded with options but driving around in a 328 :/

I have an apt with my lemon lawyer on Tuesday, so I'll see what happens.

Not going to be paying to drive a car with a CEL on..
