My car is still at port. When did you get the update? The boat left 5/19.

I saw the status change from 'finished production' to 'en-route' on the bmwusa website and I entered my VIN into the shipping company website and it showed the car already loaded and ship sailed on the Independence II.
Did you try to enter your VIN into the shipping company's website and do a cargo search?

I did. They said VIN not found. My car just arrived at port on 5/18. I will probably get on the TAMPA leaving 5/27.

Anybody knows what the VPC duration is after it arrives at port?

All I know is the ship is scheduled to dock on 5/30 and the dealer said I'd get my car 10 days later. I'm located in the midwest.

Our 535xi is on that boat! I have been tracking it several times a day, cant help it, I'm addicted! I'm located in the midwest also...hopefully we gets ours delivered no more that 10 days later.

Your lucky your 1M is on that boat. I also have a deposit down for a December build and its all I can think about! It's the dealerships only allocation so hopefully I get it! If not, you will have to sell me yours...as long as it is VO!

I was on the Tirranna that reached port in New York on 5/24. My car is still in customs. BMW told me they were backed up at customs and VPC due to the holiday weekend. Hopefully it gets out soon.

according to my CA, my car should be on his lot by today or tomorrow.
it arrived into MD on 5/30...but it shows it cleared customs on 5/27 on the wallenius tracking screen

Here's where I'm at. Question is though, what does "delivered from" mean. Does that mean it's at my dealer?

probably means its left the VPC on the way to the dealer (or released to the transport company)

Mine arrived at the dealer on last Thursday, but have not seen any pics yet since its an out of town dealer for me...
