New JB4 Firmware - 4/22 - With CanFlap
I have had alot of questions about this so figured I would post here Enjoy the update!!
New Firmware http://www.n54tuning.com/JB4FIRM/JB4_042211.zip Software http://www.n54tuning.com/JB4FIRM/jb4_interface_042011.zip Software and firmware are paired so you need both! You also need to have the JB3/4 USB cable to be able to update the JB4 Disclaimer If you have no idea what the above means then don't do anything. Just drive and enjoy your car Quote:

Hey - just curious....is map 5 on JB4 the same as map 5 on JB3 2.0? If not, what is the equivalent on JB4?

Map 5 on the JB3 has not equivalent on the JB4.
Map 1 on the Jb4 is somewhere between Map 1 and Map 3 on the jb3 Map 2 on the Jb4 is close to map 7 on the jb3 Map 5 on the jb4 is an autotuning map, meaning the jb4 will change boost levels automatically to push as much boost as it can safely based on your mods. If you have lots of mods, you may push lots of boost. If you are close to stock, map 5 will run minimal boost. |
