Turbo engine sound

We all know the next M3 will be turbocharged. we also know the sound of the engine might no be as sweet as it's performance due to those sound robbing turbos.

But this got me thinking,

how the hell did ferrari extract such a sound from the F40 which was a twin turbocharged car. and I would really love it if the next M3 was to have such a sound

Quite honestly, whatever they did, BMW won't be doing. You can count on that. What BMW will do is to make it more efficient. That will kill the sound.

Check out the front page. There is a rumor of 3 turbo M3 engine. After 3 turbos, no exhaust gas will be left to come out
