Instrument Cluster Memory!

Anyone know why my IC illumination and shift light keeps defaulting back to factory settings? Whenever I shut the car down and walk away for a few minutes, the shift light defaults to "OFF" and my illumination goes down to 50%. I've saved it 20 times now and still no luck. Very frustrating!! SA's are no help.

Sorry if this thread exists already but I can't seem to find anything relevant.

I'd suspect a low battery; check its voltage. It could also be possible a low fob battery, so check those as well (CA uses a CR2032 battery). Good luck.
