What are people paying for their 1M Coupes?

As the title states, just wondering what people are paying for their 1M Coupes. MSRP? A little under MSRP? Finance or Lease?
I am in the Bay Area and all the dealers around here that have replied are saying 'we are not taking deposits and it will be a first come, first served basis' i.e. price gouging strategy. Many of them are also saying they will only get one car (I doubt this is true)
The dealer I got my 335i from in AZ says he has 3 allocations for the 1M and one available, but is asking for a $5000 premium

I'm thinking of contacting dealers in So Cal/Nevada, but don't want to randomly hit up dealerships, so recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Allocation is scarce. If you can get one for MSRP jump on it.

We're charging MSRP at the Center where I'm a CA...

It's the same reason we had a couple year wait when the E46 M3 came out. While others were price gouging we always just do MSRP.

Actually, it is very likely true for some dealerships. Many of them - even those with a fairly good volume - are not receiving any for the first few runs. The production line availability just doesn't exist.
