Offset question for e92 m3

I was curious if anyone could tell me if some wheels I had would fit an e92 m3 they are BBS ch they are 19x9.5 front +20 and rear 19x10 +40 in the rear I was running with 15mm upfront and 5mm spacers outback on my e90 335 with no issues... So any advice would be greatly appreciated...

The fronts are fine, but the rear will require at least a 15mm-20mm spacer to be flush with the fenders.

I think that you may have your offsets mixed up. I don't think you can get a 9.5 ch with a 20mm offset. I know that the 9.5 fronts are available in 40 mm offset and the 10" rear are 20 mm.

Here's a link to tire-rack's recommended wheels for a 335i which shows the 9.5" at 40mm:

If I'm right you will probably want a 15 mm spacer for the front to get to a 25 mm effective offset. The rears could be run as-is or a 5 mm spacer for a more flush fitment.
