Fold-down rear seats?

Anyone know if this critter has fold-down rear seats?

Afterthought: what about a CDV?

The rear seats will fold. Same setup as the 'regular' 1-series.

CDV is TBD.

Maybe I missed it, but will there be a rear center arm rest that falls/folds down. Ski bag/pocket behind it with access to trunk?

I wasn't sure about the ski bag so I had to check my 135..

No arm rest and no pass-through into the trunk.

Yeah, same on mine, was hoping at least the arm rest would be available, something rear passengers can hang on to while they are being violently tossed around the curvy roads! LOL
