1M at 2011 Toronto Auto Show

These are the 1M pictures from the toronto auto show. I included a picture of the 6 series interior too. The 1M looks a lot better in person than in pictures.

Great shots.

I was just at the Chicago show on Saturday, and the car there wasn't the same as the one you saw in Toronto. The one in Chicago had halogens and this one obviously has Xenons....

And I completely agree--it looks great in person.

Unless they just swaped the headlamp assemblies now that the Xenon's are available from their upplier - might stop the people on the forums from complaining about it

Were you not able to sit inside?

The car is locked, as an M3. I personally had to ask a sales person to let me in.

The sales rep i was talking to at the dealership was at the auto show so they let me sit side and turn on the lights and stuff but i didn't get a chance to actually take pictures.

Did you notice if the shifter knob was illuminated?

Darn it, was hoping Top Gear was right (they reported it was illuminated). Wouldn't make sense if it was only for the UK market, maybe they just thought it would be as it is standard on all current ///M cars
