Would a 2007 M Coupe have I-Pod Touch hook up?

No, but you've got an aux jack underneath the radio, facing downwards. Best connection is to the dock connector on the iPod, rather than the signal out of the headphone jack. Works like a champ - but you have to control it from the iPod, of course.
