2010 CPO what's a fair price?

I'm looking at a 2010 Sedan AW / Red. Mdrive, 19", manual with 9000km.

There isn't much to compare to, what would be a fair price?

That's an almost identical config to the 2011 Coupe a forum member was listing with very low miles for $72,900.

Adjust for 2011 vs 2010 (subtract $)
Adjust for coupe vs sedan (subtract $)
Adjust for CPO (add $)
