N55 - iCarbon Catless DP Roll Call

Like it says, who has installed an iCarbon catless downpipe on their 2011 and how do you like it, any issues?

Also curious what other mods you have and if you have been running it with or without a tune?

I had an AR catless DP for about a week, without a tune. I couldn't handle the gasoline smell coming into the cabin with the windows down. I'm wondering if maybe the iCarbon one mates better to the gaskets & stock piping? I am looking to try the icarbon DP out if I can feel out what other peoples experiences have been like. I assumed the gasoline smell would come only out of the tailpipe but this was not the case.

Do you have any issuse with the gasoline smell on your setup?

They will but the reason so many go with catless are the big gains when mated with a tune. The little twin scroll needs all the help it can get

I have the thermal coated iCarbon DP. Love it. Codes automatically get deleted by JB4 so I can pass emissions. More throttle response and power. Can hear turbo spin more.

I have the Vishnu 3.5" catted DP. I'm not tuned and haven't dynoed but the thing sounds beastly and spool time has improved

Will the car pass emissions with autodelete enabled? I thought this was only the case for the DPfix which sent an OK signal back to the ECU. I've heard the autodelete will send a 'sensors not ready' or something along those lines if tested through OBDII port. Have you taken your car in yet? I took mine in but since it's a 2011 I didn't have to pass exhaust inspection.

Yeah you cant pass emissions with autoclear. The car stays in "Not ready" mode which emissions stations cannot pass you on.
