2008 coupe (spacer question).

I have a stock 2008 M3 coupe (blue) with factory 18" wheels.

What's a good spacer size?

Also I am considering to get the 19" competition wheels and use the stock wheels for winter package. Could I use the same spacers for the 19" competition wheels? (or is there a spacer recomendation for these different than the base 18" wheels?)

I am quite a nob when it comes to spacers. I want more of a filled out (flush) look with no rubbing worries.

Also, with the spacers (I assume) I would need new studs? Is that correct?

Thanks.

What most of our customers have done on the 19" Competition wheels would be the 15mm front and 12mm rear. The best way for you to know for sure is to measure the clearance you have between the tire and fender.

Here is a Spacer Reference thread that you can refer to:

I have stock 18" and non-ZCP 19". I am always concerned that if the spacers aren't of 100% top quality, I'll have vibration issues. I have read other posts stating that spacers don't add any performance improvement (real world).

Just installed M/S spacers on my ZCP package. 15mm front and 12mm rear and it seems to fit perfect. Havent drove , cornered aggressively but seems like it is not rubbing.

I have 15f/12r on my e90... I am not dropped yet. No rubbing when cornering or anything. I think it looks perfect and doesn't stick out too much
