Considering a Z4

I found a 2008 Z4 si, one owner, super clean, 20K miles, asking $25K is that a good price? Checking Autotrader the price vary wildly, I'm guessing that they're are lots of lease returns

thanks

See links below where you can add specs to get a more accurate price range. Also, I think the coupes will typically fetch a higher price than the convertible, contrary to the information below. I don't think it factors in production numbers/rarity.

Coupe:
*Trade-in $19,250
*Private Party Sale $21,985
*Dealer Retail $24,049

Convertible:
*Trade-in $20,166
*Private Party Sale $23,039
*Dealer Retail $25,207

i would try to talk him down a little, but if it is truly "super clean" all around, it's not a bad deal. i would pay 21 to 23k

not an expert by any means but i just paid $23k for an 07 SI with 12000 miles in as close to 'as new' condition as possible. I think the asking price of $25k is fair but i'd bet you can talk them down $1000. Is it FSBO or a dealer car?

you can also reference this site:

http://www.cargurus.com

they tell you the fair market value of the car and then show you how the asking price compares. They pull listings from a couple of different sites... not sure if the car you are looking at is on the list but you might be able to find one in similar condition to compare...

Wish I lived in the US! I'm looking at a 2007 M coupe with 30k km for around 30-35k EUR ... that would be today around $41k - $47k
