Quick JB4 Review
I got my JB4 control box in yesterday; what a pleasant surprise. So the modding of the existing JB3 harness a fairly easy. Just have some good lighting, follow the directions, and take your time. The only issue I had was 100% my fault. I didn't have the large ECU connector all the way in the first time...I've never seen so many lights and symbols on the dashboard! Once everything was in (correctly) I started her up and made sure I had the most updated firmware (which it did).
I didn't have a chance to drive it much yesterday since it was raining and my rear tires are just about bald. Anyway, I did a quick drive this morning and it was awesome! The steering wheel controls are very easy to work with, and the power is so damn smooth. It seriously feels like a naturally aspirated car. No lumps in the power or slow throttle response. I can't wait to actually get it on the highway later.

Thanks for the review Glad you're enjoying it. We shipped out about 150 upgrades last week so there should be a lot of happy customers

JB4 review
I have had the JB4 for 2 weeks now. 1st I had the new HPFP, 2 injectors, spark plugs and ignition coil all replaced. The dealership also performed a software "upgrade". The car was really transformed and from idling to WOT, the performance was much smoother and more linear...even in the freezing NW IN weather.
However, the JB4 is an entirely different level of performance. It is basically all of the above, just better and MORE. Fantastic linear throttle response; amazing acceleration in all gears in pretty much the entire range (I am on map 1 with snow tires, so shift lights set at 5250 RPM). My car is really fast compared to what it was...even when compared to what it was after the latest warranty work. I cannot wait for spring and putting on my summer tires and REALLY exploring the possibilities the JB4 provides. p.s. The faster my car gets, the more apparent my next mod will be a suspension one.

lol Lol!! I had the same experience, I did not plug the small ECU and the same thing happened to me :-/ , It took me a while to install it because it was the first time I work with this car , also our car’s are harder because of the space. The car feels definitely different know... when I slam the gas paddle, the car just wants to fly lol, it is a very good experience. Have you deleted any codes yet?

Yep. Several times. I even deleted a limp mode code while I was driving. I didn't even have to turn the car off and on! Haha
