Dinan software

How do people like the D900-40M software from Dinan for E90 M3?
I'm thinking about getting it.

I have had it since December and I like the new throttle MAP a lot. Feels more linear but actual power gain is slight and highly subjective. I trust Dinan's HP claims more than others and their dealer affiliations make it a little easier to navigate. One down side IMO is the fact that they charge you labor on top of the software. This is a total ripoff considering that:
a) software is 100% profit since no raw materials are needed, no shipping etc.
b) there is no way to self install it. How can they sell quote a price for a product that is impossible to buy at that price?

It's a nit-pick I know but most of the guys in this industry are good people and care about the customer relationships. The labor charge stood out as illogical and unnecessary.

I have the Dinan software. Its a great starter Tune. The best part you keep your warranty. I'm not to sure about how it affects you car with just the tune but if this helps, this a link to my car with a good amount of Dinan mods.
