M3 lease takeover

For those who have their lease expiering in th next few months and not planning to buy their car out.

I am looking to take over an M3 with under 50k mileage. Prefer it manual, non tracked in good shaped without any known issues.
I will cover the lease takeover fee and make your time worth while as well.
