BMW 1 M shift knob

Not sure if this has been asked/answered before. The shift knob on the 1 series M looks like the ZCP shift knob. I am curious if it is lighted, or is it just the normal weighted ZCP knob, or something else altogether. Any one know?

Mod: please move or delete if this is not in the right section.
