JB4 meth flow gauge!

Here is a neat option BMS added for you meth heads. You can now throw your meth flow reading on the oil temp gauge, scaled from min = 0ml/min, middle = 1000ml/min, and max = 2000ml/min. Great for guys who have the VC2 in a trunk or glove box mount location, or people using other meth kits without a gauge. As always you can enable/disable the option on the fly with your steering wheel controls.
