Johnson Controls acquiring Recaro’s automotive sport and specialty seat unit
"December 30, 2010 12:45 PM - Johnson Controls Inc. announced Thursday its plans to acquire two Germany-based seat and seat components suppliers to be managed out of its Plymouth business unit. The Milwaukee-based supplier intends to acquire Keiper and a business segment of Recaro GmbH from Putsch GmbH & Co. KG, holding company for the Keiper Recaro Group, during the first half of 2011. Keiper, which supplies mechanisms and metal seating components, and Recaro’s automotive sport and specialty seat unit will be integrated into JCI’s Automotive Experience business unit in Plymouth."

Sorry for going off on a tangent but, sure would like to see (along w/ HUD) some Martin Baker ejection seats in M3's.
