M DCT Clutch damage due to Launch Control Failure?

Hey guys, am new here. I drive a 2009 M3 with M DCTand I was going up against a tuned CTS V, and I put the car into Launch Control mode, then the guy I was going up against told me to wait for a sec, which made me, for some reason, hesitate and release both the gear and the throttle pedal at the same time.... as i half-laucnhed the car, wieeeeeeerd noises started to emerge from underneath, ones that you can hear and FEEL!!!! so now, I am paranoid

especially since I went against a C63 today, and activated LC again, and lost baaaaaaaaadly!!! I was murdered...so now I can't help but think that I damaged my DCT and decided to ask you guys if anyone had a similar problem

because I really feel that the car has changed eventhough the iDrive doesn't show a warning of any kind...and plz do not suggest a dealership check, they suck

Theres nothing anyone can suggest other than you having a proper inspection done by a reputable private shop or dealership.

so your launch against the C63 - did you hear the same bad noises, was it significantly slower than usual? More details please.

LC sucks anyway you shouldnt use it at all

and also high chance to break your axles..

At that moment, I didn't really concentrate on what was going on. Although I did get tons of more traction than usual, that did not need any paranoia to notice the increase. So as for the noise, I highly doubt there was any, because at the CTS V showdown, it came hard. Traction wise = terrible!

NOW I trust that statement! But I have to say that I will miss that flag icon

I don't care wether I can't use it again or not I'm just worried wether something has changed or not.

S6, feather the throttle, same thing as LC.
