I had them on a 520 but they where way to soft, The DCT lamp was flashing as soon as you touched the gas.
They may work on soft snow, but otherwise they where useless I donīt recommend them!

I have a set of Blizzaks and love them. It is the defacto winter tire up here.
It may be too aggressive for NY though since it prob never gets to -40F and your winters are prob more 20-30 F and dryish A Michelin winter tire might be better since you have more of a Euro winter The DCT is gonna flash all winter, get used to it, its got nothing to do with tires. There is zero launch traction when it is 32F or colder. Tires are always cold and so too are the roads. Winter driving is not summer driving, thats just the ways it is. |

225 is pretty narrow for the M3. I run Hakka R in 245/40 and LOVE them. Yes they're soft but very aggressive and by far the best snow tire I've had (and I've used most all other popular snows.) If you're looking for a blend of dry and snow performance look elsewhere. I sacrifice dry traction for the safety margin I get in snow and ice with these things (even going skiing here in the Rockies in my car.)
