What's your favorite thing(s) about your Z4?
hey guys
after owning my Z4 for more than a year I've always wanted to know what are your favorite things about your Zs? I only have a 3.0i so it's not as exciting at you M guys! -I love when I step off the throttle and I hear that wonderful burble -I love looking at the side mirrors and seeing that big wheel arch--makes me feel like I'm in a mini supercar haha -They look like friggin SHARKS. I love that about them. -Torque is pretty sexy |

• The uniqueness (especially having an M Coupe)
• The S54 motor • The pop/burble when you let off the throttle thanks to an exhaust • That there is no other good-looking RWD coupe that provides this combination of power, driving pleasure, refinement, and build quality; at this price.

The simple, no-bull layout. The car has everything I want. No more, no less.

Great reply guys . Yes I've noticed the fact that I don't see Z4s everyday. Its a bit lonely sometimes though
LOL this was the first thing I noticed when I got my Z4. I went like, "OK, the AC is there, the softtop button is there aaaaaaand there is the DSC button. Got it" |

+1 "The simple, no-bull layout. The car has everything I want. No more, no less."
classic design + speed + low production numbers i also love the "sparse" interior, which many reviews complained about. there are a handful of little things i don't care for, but thats being REALLY picky |

Man, you guys have covered it. I'll just second the posts above, and add one more thing: It's so damn much fun to drive! It's like having perpetual E ticket! (Well, in my case, only if/when I can borrow the darn thing).

Their uniqueness, the fun factor, and whenever I hit ~ 4500 RPM in any gear other than 1st.

Mainly the fact that the car is about the closest thing to a "hardcore" bmw M car (m3 csl, m3 gts etc) that the US ever got.
I also really appreciate that BMW built the car in a way where I don't feel I have to modify everything. With my e46 m3 the car NEEDED an SSK and coilovers just to feel how I expected an m3 to feel, the coupes come with that sports car feel straight from the factory.
