Price and monthly payments

On the M3 coupe lease 10k year 36 Month. I am wondering what kind of monthly Payments you guys are paying. Lets say MSRP 72K sold at 67 k. I was interested in coupe, DCT,comp pkg, ,navigation, premium pkg. The residual as everyone knows is higher then the vert. Please state you you deals, monthly payment and options ,Thanks.

I'm curious too. I was initially looking to buy but depending on what the lease numbers look like I may just take a 10k mileage lease for 36 months as well. I don't commute to work so this car will be my 100% fun car.

Garage List
Using Leasecompare's #s for July/August:

2011 M3 Coupe
36 Month – Residual 57% of MSRP – .00180 Base Rate, add 3% to residual for 10k/yr = 60%

MSRP 72k, Selling price 67k, assuming you pay the fees up front and no cap reduction:

$859/mo + tax

If you opt to do 7 MSDs, reducing the MF to 0.00131:

$805/mo + tax

Thanks man that's what I was wondering. I got a price on vert which I hard owned 3. The vert 79k selling price 73,500 sell price no cap cost,.00180 MF $860 month tax included. I was thinking of the coupe depending on price. With tax on th coupe it brings price higher then the vert by $40 to $60 bucks. Wow residual plays a huge part I figured t be less being the car is 6 or 7k cheaper.
