Dubs Out, Volks On !

Love the look of the BBS LM dubs but couldn't stand I lost my acceleration and car feeling nimble. Decided to jump the opposite end of the spectrum and try lightweight 19's. Shot off my iPhone 4 so hopefully the quality is a little bit better...

Volk Racing G2 Version 19x9.5 +22 and 19x10.5 +25
Hankook K110 Ventus V12 255/35/19 and 295/30/19

19's looks good. The 20' LMs looked like 19's anyways due to the stepped lip.

This is the first time I am liking the new version Volks versus the old TE37.

The exhaust tips always look awkward just "hanging out" at the end of the bumper. One of the flaws of the M3 IMO.

When did they change the look of the 19 to look like the 20's?

they have version 1 and version 2

version mimics the full face of the 20's and version 2 mimics the classic TE37 look with the lip

19's look bigger when they have no lip. 20's look smaller when they have too many lips. My 19 in. G2's have a lip, and the look slightly smaller than his 19's with no lip.

I never liked step lip anyways. It was like they're trying to compensate for something by having so many lips.

I didn't know they made the 19's without the lip. These look 10x better than the lipped version.
