You can really make it anything you want, and the same thing for the recovery screen as well.

thx for the idea....I just made one too!
there's probably an easier way to do it...but this is how i did mine:
find the two images...open powerpoint....position the two logo's where you want them....when you Save as:...save it as a Jpeg...send it to yourself via email...go to iphone...open the email...open the attachment....save the pic...set as background...DONE!!!
